怀牛膝中甾酮类成分的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Chemical Constituents of Phytoecdysteroids from the Root of Achyranthes bidentata BL
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the chemical constituents that promote the proliferation of osteoblast in vitro from the root of Achyranthes bidentata BL. The chemical constituents were isolated by various isolation methods (silica gel, ODS and HPLC column chromatography) and their structures were elucidated by the analysis of spectral data ( UV, NMR and MS) . Five phytoecdysteroids compounds were obtained and elucidated as following: β - ecdysterone (1) , 25S - inokos-terone (2) , 25R - inokosterone (3) , stachysterone C (4) and stachysterone D (5). The fourth compound is reported from the plant for the first time.关键词
