头针透刺对脑出血大鼠脑组织IL -6表达影响的研究
Effect of Acupuncture on the Expression of IL -6 in the Brain Tissue around Hematoma of Rats with Intercerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective: To study the dynamic expressions of IL - 6 after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) rats and the influence of acupuncture on them. Methods: The 96 healthy Wistar male rats were selected. 90 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: model group, acupuncture group and western medicine group, 30 rats in each group. Each group was divided into 5 time phase point of 6 hours, 1 day,2days,3days and 7days, respectively, 6 rats in each group. Meanwhile,6 rats were taken as the blank control group. The intracerbral hematoma rat model was made by autologous blood injection using stereotactic method. The expression of IL - 6 immunohistochemical method were checked. Results: The expressions of IL -6 had an obvious down - regulation at different phases in the brain of the acupuncture group rats, and it showed significant differences compared with model group ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The acupuncture of BaiHui - QuBin can antagonize brain edema and secondary brain injury caused by inflammatory response after ICH by means of inhibiting the influence of IL -6 during the acute period of intracerebral hemorrhage.关键词
