摘要

Abstract

Taking chopped carbon fiber as reinforce element and the polyethylene resin as matrix, the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites were prepared by the way of screw injection molding method. The effects of carbon fiber content on mechanical properties were investigated by measuring the hardness, tensile and fatigue. The results show that: with the increase of carbon fiber content, the hardness increase tendency in S-shape. The tensile strength and elastic modulus and the fatigue cycle and the fatigue limit were increased by 35.489%, 18.421%, 208.024%, 213.240%, respectively.
