摘要
Abstract
The problems of a large high-strength aluminum alloy castings in production were discussed. The measures of improving the metallurgical quality and mechanical properties of the castings from melting process and heat treatment process aspects were put forward. The practice show that the quality and mechanical property of the castings. X-ray pass rate is from 14% to 90%, the samples with the tensile strength of more than 470 Mpa increases from 20% to 92%, and the samples with the elongation of more than 3% increases from 10% to 93%.关键词
