摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the characteristics and problems of handicraft pouring in foundry, the mathematics model of objects were established and the autoD pouring cascade control system was designed, based on CCD sensor and weighD lost weightier. The controller used configuration software, intelligence measuring appliance and cascade control was investigated, according to the mathematics mode of pouring system. The results showed that the good effects were achieved by the cascade controller and the control system has the characteristics of static accuracy, adaptability, reliability and anti interference by rising main controller's variable gain.
