Study on Liquid Die-forging Process for Al-Si AHoy
摘要
Abstract
Taking industrial ZL102 alloy as raw materials in liquid die-forging, the effect of the process parameters in liquid die-forging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the liquid die-forgings of Al-Si alloy before and after heat treatment was studied by orthogonal experimental method. The results show that the microstructure of liquid die-forgings is finer than that of atmospheric pressure; after annealing, the liquid die-forgings is more uniform in microstructure and finer in grain size.关键词
