摘要

Abstract

Amidoxime Fibers Supported-Fe(Ⅲ) Complex(AOFs-Fe(Ⅲ)) was synthesized by reaction of Amidoxime fibers and Fe2(SO4)3 solution in this research.Its catalytic performance for Synthesis of n-Butyl acetate was investigated under different conditions including materials ratio、reaction time、reaction temperature and amount of catalyst,its repeated usage and regeneration capacity were researched.The result shows the optimum conditions in heating reflux are: the molar ratio of acid and alcohol was 3∶1,the reaction time was 3.0 h,the amount of catalyst was 1 g;the yield of n-Butyl acetate is 12.8 g/g(n-Butyl acetate/ AOFs-Fe(Ⅲ));AOFs-Fe(Ⅲ) can be used repeatedly and has a regeneration capacity;AOFs-Fe(Ⅲ) is a esterification catalyst being safe as non-toxic and being prone to separation.
