摘要

Abstract

The paper studied different concentrations of INH sprayed to leaves on the suppression of photorespiration rate of Kosteletzkya virginica(L.)presl and the influences of dry weight,fresh weight,net photosynthetic rate(Pn),Stomatal conductance(Gs),Intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)and photosynthetic characteristics of PSⅡ.The results showed that Pr,φEO,φO and RC/CSO of Kosteletzkya virginica(L.)presl all decreased with the increasing of INH concentrations,with the minimum under the concentration of INH was 6 mmol/L.With the increasing of INH concentrations,dry weight,fresh weight,Pn,Gs,Ci and D.F.all decreased gradually.There was a significant difference compared with the control under the concentration of INH was 4 mmol/L.However,DIO/RC increased with the increasing of INH concentration.There was a significant difference compared with the concentration of INH was 6 mmol/L.The light energy absorbed by plants was not significantly reduced after the inhibition of plant respiration rate,but the excess light energy increased,the heat dissipation increased from self-protection of plants.
