碱性纤维素酶高产菌株的选育及产酶条件研究

摘要
Abstract
The original strain H-1 was mutated by UV in the paper,and its enzyme productivity was 2.46 fold higher than that of parent strain.The mutant M-H-l was stable in the alkaline cellulase production.Through the liquid culture method,the fermentation conditions of M-H-l were studied.The results showed that the better carbon source was wheat bran,nitrogen source was soybean powder,salt was MgSO4,and the optimal carbon and nitrogen ratio was 4∶1.关键词
