不同百里香茎浸提液对黄瓜种子发芽率的影响
Effect of Different Extract of Thymus Mongolicus Shoot on Generation Rate of Cucumber Seeds
摘要
Abstract
The shoot of Thymus mongolicus was soaked by water,10% ethanol solution and 10% acetone solution with different dilution rates.After soaking for 24 h,the cucumber seeds were treated in generation test and the generation rates were statisticsed.The result showed that the cucumber generation rate was highest soaking in water extract,then in 10% ethanol solution,the lowest in 10% acetone solution.1∶5 water extract had promoting effect on the cucumber generation,while 1∶1,1∶10 and 1∶15 water extract had inhibiting effect.Acetone extract had inhibiting effect,and 1∶10 acetone extract was the worst in the inhibiting generation.The ethanol extract had inhibiting effect,and 1∶1 ethanol extract was the worst in the inhibiting generation.关键词
