摘要

Abstract

The making of edible fungus strains is the premise of edible fungus cultivation,high-purity and strong-vitality species are the prerequisite of high quality mushroom cultivation.Different separation methods of edible fungi strains used in their cultivation were introduced,such as organizational separation,spore separation,and substrate mycelia separation,etc.It′s suggested that the suitable separation methods of edible fungi strains should be chosen depending on the environment condition and physiological characteristics of separated materials.Furthermore,the fine strains should be get proper preservation.
