李仙江鱼类的区系存在度分析
Analysis of the value of faunal presence of fish in the Lixian River
摘要
Abstract
According to the historical record and the Lixian River fish specimens preserved in the collection room of Southwest Forestry University, there has been a total of 66 fish species in the Lixian River, belonging to 44 genera, 14 families and 5 orders. The value of faunal presence (VFP) of fish in the Lixian River at the respec tive levels of Order, Family and Genus were assessed after excluding 6 introduced species. The results indicated that VFP at genus level can reflect the ichthyologic fauna composition in this basin. Some worldwide-distributed families and genera had a small quota in the Lixian River, but some endemic families and genera turned out to be relatively high. The VFP method reflects ichthyologic fauna more accurately than the traditional method. The ich thyologic fauna of the Lixian River was similar to that from the Yuan River, which is also belonged to Red River drainage.关键词
