摘要

Abstract

A method for the simultaneous separation of fluoroquinolones (FQs) and tetracyclines (TCs) by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) was developed. The effects of several factors such as the con centration and pH of running buffer, the organic added to the electrolyte, the voltage and the temperature on sepa ration were investigated. The optimal conditions were as follows. The UV detection wavelength was 262 nm. The running butter consisted of 50 mmol·L-1 NaB4O7-200 mmol·L-1 H3BO3 with pH 8.41, and the separation voltage was at 18 kV. The results showed that the six remedies can be well separated within 12 min. Each had a good lin ear relationship (R2=0.998 2~l).The RSD was 0.25%~0.68% and 7.3%~9.8%.
