野大豆等宿主根瘤菌表型及16S rDNA PCR-RFLP研究

Abstract
Sixty strains obtained from root nodules of Glycine soja sieb, Glycine max, Phaselous vulgaris and Kummerowiae stipulacea of Beijing were studied with numerical taxonomy and 16S rDNA PCR-RFLP. Results of numerical taxonomy indicated that all strains included 10 rhizobium reference strains were divided into 3 groups at 70.5% similarity. Group I is an unknown group with no reference strains. Group II belongs to fast and mid dle-slow-growing type, and group III belongs to slow-growing kind. The dendrogram derived from 16S rDNA PCR-RFLP showed that all strains divided into nine phylogenetic branches at the similarity of 69%. They are branches I, V, VI, VII, VIII and XI with no reference strains, II (Sinorhizobium -Mesorhizobium- Rhizobium), Ⅲ(Agrobacterium) and IV (Bradyrhizobium).关键词
