茶树花粉特异蛋白基因CsPSP的反义载体构建
Antisense vector construction of CsPSP pollen specific protein gene from tea plant (Camellia sinensis L.)
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the expression of the pollen-specific gene in tea plant, a pair of specific primers with double enzyme sites was designed to clone a Cdna fragment of CsPSP gene from Longjing43 by the method of RT-PCR, and then the CsPSP fragment was ligated with Pbi121 vector and sequenced. The result indicates that the sequence has 99.02% similarity to CsPSP gene in GenBank.关键词
