水栉霉脂肪酸和氨基酸成分分析
Analysis on Fatty Acid and Amino Acid Ingredients in Leptomitus agardh
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The study aimed to further discuss the nutritional value of L agardh, and the ingredients of fatty acid and amino acid in L agardh were analyzed. [ Method ] Using gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer and automatic analyzer for amino acid. [ Result ] The main fatty acid components of L. Agardh were hexadecanioc acid, octadecadienoic acid, oleic acid and octadecenoic acid, whose relative mass fraction were 17. 238% , 12.427% , 20.666% and 24.121%, respectively, in which unsaturated fatty acid was 67.981% ; there were 17 amino acids with a total amount of 15.73% and the essential amino acids accounted for 6.69% . [ Conclusion] The contents of fatty acid and amino acid in L. Agardh were suitable for developing bacterial feed.关键词
