Research on Best Induced Conditions for Expression of Recombinant Fusion Protein
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the best induced conditions for expression of recombinant fusion protein. [ Method] The best initial OD600, induction amount, induction duration, induction temperature, ampicillin concentration, liquid volume and other culture conditions were explored by using parallel fermentation experiments with different technical indicators to improve the expression level of the recombinant fusion protein of IMPACT-CN pTYBl 1 vector. [ Result] Expression of SDS-PACE and Weatem-Blotting analysis showed that the recombinanl fusion protein has a high immunogenictty. [ Conclusion ] This study laid the foundation for further protein purification in diagnosis, production of diagnostic kits with protein and clinical application.关键词
