马铃薯愈伤组织诱导中激素浓度配比优化研究
Optimization of Hormone Concentrations and Ratio for Callus Tissue Culture System of Potato
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to optimize the hormone concentrations and ratio for the callus induction of potato, f Method] The tender stem, leaf and petiole were adapted to test for callus induction of Lu 1 st potato. The optimal medium of potato callus tissue induction was screened by adding different concentration of 6-BA and 2,4-D to the basic medium. [ Result] The best culture medium for the stem and petiole was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D and the best culture medium for the leaf was MS + 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 1.5 mg/L 2,4-D, their callus induction rate both reached up to 95%. [ Conclusion] It provided technical support for the detoxification research of Lu 1st potato.关键词
