玉米种子活力与产量的相关分析
Correlation Analysis Between Seed Vigor and Maize Yield
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The study aimed to study the correlation analysis between the seed vigor and maize yield, which provided the reference base for increasing the maize yield through the improvement of the seed activity. [ Method ] With 7 maize inbred lines as the female parents and 5 inbred lines as the male parents, 35 crosses were made by the incomplete diallel cross design and the seed vigor related traits such as the indexes of the germination energy, germination percentage and yield were determined in laboratory and field to make the correlation analysis. [ Result ] The seed vigor index in the field showed the significant positive correlations with the indoor germination energy, germination percentage, germination index and indoor vigor index etc. The vigor index measured in the field had an extremly significantly positive correlations with the yield, the indoor vigor index showed a significant positive correlations with yield and other seed vigor index had no significant correlations with the yield. [ Conclusion ] The correlation coefficient of each germination index in the indoor test with the vigor index in the field all reached the extremly significant level, so the indoor germination test could predict the survival rate of the seedlings in the filed.关键词
