摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The aim was to establish the determination methods for the content of total flavonoids in different species of C. Chrysantha. [ Methods] Total flavonoids were extracted from C. Chrysantha using ethanol water bath baelcflow, then, the content of total flavonoids was determined using UV-VIS. [Result] The regression equation is Y= 13. 65X-0.004 5, it indicates that within the range of 8.64 -69. 12 μg/ml, the linear relation is better (R = 0.999 9), average recovery ratio is 100.40% and RSD is 1.50%. [ Conclusion ] The method is sim- pie and reliable, can be used to control the quality of different species of C. Chrysantha; the contents of total flavonoids in different species of C. Chrysantha are different.
