摘要
Abstract
Parasporal crystals are insecticidal δ-endoloxin proteins (named Cry and Cyl toxins) produced by Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) during the sporulation phase. As one of the bio-pesticides, parasporal cryatals/Bt have been widely used in agriculture and forestry with the advantages of high efficiency, broad-spectrum, environmental protection and bio-safety. The latest classification and nomenclature of parasporal crystals were introduced, the research progress in their structure, inseeticidal mechanism and application were reviewed in this paper, and their development prospect in Bt biological pesticides was forecasted.关键词
