柠檬精油的抗菌活性研究
Study on the Antimicrobial Activity of Lemon ( Citrus limon ) Essential Oil
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to study the antimicrobial activity of the lemon essential oil in vivo. [ Method] Lemon essential oil was taken as antibacterial substance to make into solid suppository. Mice pneumonia model was established by injecting bacilli into the mice' s lung, then, mice with pneumonia were treated with solid suppository. Moreover, blank control and umbrella positive control were set up to observe the survival and death of mice of each group, and repeated three times. [ Result ] Average survival rates of mice in lemon essential oil test group, umbrella positive control group and blank control group were 62.5% , 75% and 13. 3% , respectively. [ Conclusion] Lemon essential oil has curative effect on pneumonia of mice.关键词
