河北省碳排放及其趋势预测研究OA
Research on Carbon Emissions and Its Trend Forecast of Hebei Province
首先利用河北省1980～2009年的能源消费历史数据,计算出这30年间历年碳排放量、人均碳排放和碳排放强度.然后构建了河北省碳排放总量与经济总量、人口和产业结构之间的关系式,并在此基础上预测2015年和2020年河北省碳排放情况.最后针对预测数据和河北省的具体情况,提出河北省进一步减少碳排放和实现低碳之路的对策和建议.
Based on the energy consumption data of Hebei Province during 1980 -2009, the carbon emissions, per capita carbon emissions and carbon emission intensity during the 30 years were calculated. The relations between the total carbon emissions and total economy as well as between population and industrial structure in Hebei Province were established.
