Discussion on the Constraints in the Development and Utilization of Resources in Western Regions and the Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Mining and energy development in western regions has become an important pillar industry of economic development, yet its development has been constrained by various natural, economic, social and environmental factors. Therefore, we should strengthen resources management, improve pricing mechanism of resources products, implement green mining and energy development model, promote circular economy development, strengthen environmental regulation, establish a sound ecological environment and resources compensation mechanism, reduce negative resources development externalities, clear resources property rights, prevent geological disasters, enhance international exchanges , thereby, enhance the sustainable development ability of western regions.关键词
