一线城市辖区新农村建设中农业劳动力现状分析
Analysis on the Current Situation of Agricultural Labor in the Process of New Rural Construction in First-tier Cities Areas
摘要
Abstract
The age characteristics, gender characteristics and physical situation of agricultural labor in the process of new rural construction in first-tier cities areas were investigated and detected. The results showed that comparing with the aging and women phenomenon of agricultural labor in the nationwide currently, new rural labor resources of first-tier cities areas were resolved effectively, which provided sufficient personnel security for agricultural production in the new rural construction, however, the physique of agricultural labor were not optimistic, thereby, how to improve the physique of agricultural labor were problems demanding prompt solution in new countryside construction.关键词
