Abstract
According to the particularity and complexity of agricultural technology service and management, the article defined the basic concept of agricultural technology service and management, summarized its basic characteristics, combed and explored its structural elements and functions. Agricultural technology service and management plays an important role in accelerating rural construction, narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, protecing the ecological environment of regional agriculture, it guarantees the achievement of science and technology and the benign loop of regional environment and promotes the agricultural industrialization development.关键词
