新型联合整地机的设计与实现
Experimental Research on A New Combined Soil Preparation Machine
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to develop the 1LZ series of new combined soil preparation machine. [ Method] In order to solve the high-power tractors for the application in production, a kind of 1LZ series combined soil preparation machine that could had auxiliary use with the tractor was developed out. The whole structure and working principle were introduced, the main working parts of the combined soil-working machine inluding the flat ground part and surface processing part were studied and designed and a series of test trials and assessment of actual production were passed. [Result] 1LZ series combined soil preparation machine could use the many kinds of components for joint work, reduce the working times and the times of the tractor coming into the ground and also reduce the harmful compactionon on the soil by the tractor, which could improve work efficiency by 30% compared with the domestic existing soil preparation machinery. The soil preparation machine was good in the operating quality, it could form the good seed-planting bed structure with the flattening soil surface and fine disintegrated soil, which could create a good soil environment for filming seeding, precision seeding, seed seedling and crop growth. [Conclusion] The assessment of the actual production proved that the machine could he adapted to the agricultural land preparation operations in the arid regions of Xinjiang.关键词
