Protection Mechanism of Farmers' Rights
摘要
Abstract
Due to the strongly differences between developing and developed countries, the protection of farmers' right hasn' t entered a substantial phase. Therefore it is necessary to harmonize inconsistent interests between the farmers and plant breeders to reduce the conflicts and reach an agreement that displays real interest sharing. With the interest analysis as the mail line, a protection mechanism and interests sharing mechanism of farmers' right appropriate for Chinas situation are explored, to improve the future legislation concerning farmers' right.关键词
