[目的]利用SSR标记对油菜隐性核不育杂交种的纯度进行鉴定.[方法]以贵州省油菜科学研究所选育的甘蓝型油菜“油研系列”为材料,利用简化的SSR标记技术对制种样品进行纯度分析.[结果]筛选出了2对条带清晰、易于统计的SSR引物;大田生产F1杂种群体的纯度鉴定结果表明,SSR鉴定的结果清晰可辩,可信度高,能较准确地反映种子的真实纯度.[结论]该试验为SSR标记在油菜种子纯度鉴定中的进一步应用奠定了基础.

[ Objective ]The aim was to identify the hybrid purity of rape genie male sterile by SSR makers. [Method] To analyze the purity of aeedsamples by simplified SSR markers, using the Brassica napus " Yujan aeries" as materials which had been nurtured by Guizhou Institute of OilCrops.
