Research Progress on the Synthesis of γ-Aminobutyric Acid by Microbe Fermentation
摘要
Abstract
γ-aminobutyric acid is a new functional factor used in drug and food. Due to the shortcomings of chemical synthesis and plant enrichment,the method of microbe fermentation to produces -y-aminobutyric acid has become a research hot spot. The research focuses on the research advances in the microbe which produces γ-aminobutyric acid, the optimization of culture medium, mutation breeding and the gene of glutamate de-carboxylase.关键词
