摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The aim was to study the immobilization methods of pectinase, to improve the activity of immobilized pectinase. [ Methods] Using the method of surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization( SI-ATRP) .nanometer composite material of SiO2-grafted PSStNa was composed based on SiO2 initiator. Moreover,the effect of immobilization on pH,temperature and storage stability of pectinase in aqueous phase medium was analyzed. [Result] SiO2-grafted PSStNa not only has core-shell structure,but also is "polyelectrolyte brush" with lots of negative charge enrich in the surface,pectinase was fixed on the "polyelectrolyte brush" .achieved the immobilization of pectinase with the characteristics of simple, mild and time-saving. The results showed that the optimum reaction pH and temperature of free and immobilized pectinase were 6.0 and 50℃.respectively. [Conclusion] The study results have great significance for the preparation and application of immobilized pectinase in the industry.
