Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to explore the optimum germination conditions of Salvia deserta Schang seeds, which will provide basis for artificial cultivation of 5. Deserta. [ Method ] Under different temperature, lighting intensity and storage conditions, the germination experiment of S. Deserta seeds was carried out, and the germination rate was obtained. [ Result ] Under the same conditions of lighting and storage, the average germination rate of seeds was the highest at the temperature of 20℃; the germination rate variation was not obvious under lighting and dark at the temperature of 20 ℃; under dark and at temperature 20℃, the average germination rate of seeds with cold storage treatment was 89% , CK was 90%. [ Conclusion ] The temperature has the most significant influence to germination rate of S. Deserta seeds.关键词
