苦楝皮提取物的抗肿瘤活性研究
Anti-tumor Activity of CORTEX MELIAE Extracts
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To study the anti-tumor activity of CORTEX MELTAE extracts. [ Method] The CORTEX MELIAE was extracted.and the inhibitive roles of the extracts on three tumor cells of human liver cancer BEL7402,lung cancer H460 and gastric cancer SGC-7901 were determined. [ Result] Under high concentrations (50 and 100 (μg/ml) of isotoosendamin and kulinone,the inhibitive rates on the three tumor cells all approximated or even exceeded 50%. But under high concentrations (50 and 100 (μg/ml) of methylkulonate,kulactone,dubione B and kulonicac-id.the three tumor cells were also obviously inhibited. The CORTEX MELIAE extracts contained certain cytotoxicity. [Conclusion] The CORTEX MELIAE extracts inhibited the growth of cell tumors.关键词
