百里香脂溶性化学成分研究

摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to study lipid-soluble chemical constituents in Thymus mongolicus Ronn.. [ Methods] Using column chroma-tography and thin layer chromatography,the initial compounds were isolated from methanol extracts and ethyl acetate extracts in T. Mongolicus, then,the structures of those compounds were identified by modern spectrum techniques,such as 1H-NMR and13C-NMR. [ Result] Four compounds were isolated from methanol extracts and ethyl acetate extracts inT. Mongolicus,such as sesamin(I) ,friedelin(II) ,friedelinol( ID)and β-si-tosteroK IV) ,hereinto,compounds I,II and Ⅲ were first found in the plant. [Conclusion] The method studied lipid-soluble chemical constituents in Thymus mongolicus Ronn. ,which provided theoretical basis for further development and utilization.关键词
