摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the preparation technology of sugarless ganoderma granules. [ Methods] Decoction method was used to extract ganoderma polysaccharide, and clarifying agent was added for refining, concentrating and drying, to get extract powder; furthermore , particles were prepared from extract powder and dextrin with different proportions of 1: 1 , 1:1.5 and 1:2 (w/w ) and 0. 33% aspartame, taking angle of repose and hygroscopicity of particles as indexes, selected the best materials proportioning; and the appearance, particle size, moisture content and melting were detected. [ Results ] When the proportion of extract powder and cyclodextrin was 1:2 (w/w), the angle of repose and hygroscopicity of particles were minimum, respectively 36.9° and 17. 8% j grains were brown, water content was 1.0% , its appearance, particle size, moisture content and solubility were in line with the Chinese pharmacopoeia. [Conclusion] The granule preparation process is simple and feasible, reasonable, and the quality is stable and controllable.
