摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the solubility and metastable area o£ xylose crystallization. [Method] Using laser monitor method, the solubility of xylose in pure water and ethanol-water mixed solvents,as well as the supersolubility of xylose in water were measured,and the crystallizing metastable area of xylose in aqueous solution was determined. [ Result] It was found that the solubility of xylose in pure water,ethanol-water mixed solvents all decreased with the decrease of temperature; its solubility in ethanol-water mixed solvents decreased when ethanol content was increased. The crystallizing metastable area at low temperatures was larger than at high temperatures. [ Conclusion] The results provide theoretical basis for the industrial process operation of xylose crystallization.关键词
