Abstract
[ Objective] To explore a new method for preparing the hyperimmune serum on chicken infectious bural disease. [ Method] 27 day -old SPF chickens were immunized with IBDV inactivated vaccine as the basic immunization, and three booster immunization with IBDV live vaccine were operated, the hyper immunized serum was prepared 21 days after the fourth immunization. [ Result] The titre of neutralizing antibody increased with immunization times, the values of neutralizing antibody titer were 12 Iog2 and 13 Iog2 after the first and second immunization respectively, and reached the highest value of 15 Iog2 after the third and fourth immunization. [Conclusion] The bursa fabricius of vaccinated SPF chickens can be protected by this method, and the high-titer serum against IBDV can be prepared though three immunizations.关键词
