Study on the Rural Infrastructure Construction in the Construction of New Socialist Countryside

Abstract
Abstract "The necessity of rural infrastructure construction is elaborated in the context of new socialist countryside construction. The construction of rural infrastructure is beneficial to consolidating the fundamental position of agriculture,broadening rural employment channels,increasing the farmers' incomes and developing rural economy and even the whole national economy. The main contents of rural infrastructure construction are presented,involving the construction of rural production conditions,the construction of rural eco-environment,the construction of rural services system and the construction of rural Living facilities. Finally the solutions and methods to enhance rural infrastructure construction are proposed, the first is to increase capital investment so as to provide financial support for rural infrastructure construction; the second is to formulate scientific village planning so as to guarantee the sustainability of rural infrastructure construction; the third is to stimulate the farmers' initiatives so as to promote the steady development of rural infrastructure construction.关键词
