摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the teaching effect of Adulterated Food Inspection,according to the teaching characteristics and major development demands,the teaching reform and exploration were carried out through optimizing teaching content, appropriately using teaching method and strengthening self-study. With this series of reforms,the enthusiasm and initiative of students were fully mobilized,and the students' overall quali- . Ty was improyed.
