Exploration and Practice on the Teaching Reform of Edible Mushroom Cultivation Course Oriented to Serve Local Economy
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To provide a new topic for cytobiology experiment in undergraduate education and improve the utilization of flow cytome-try. [Method] According to the basic knowledge of cytobiology, the cell apoplosis was determined by different methods with the flow cylometry. [ Result ] The experimental results concluded by different methods can all reflect and interpret the phenomenon of cell apoplosis, which is helpful to students' further insight into cell properties and flow cytometry. [Conclusion] The use of flow cytometry for the determination and analysis of cell apoptosis can improve the equipment utilization and consolidate the theoretical course content, which turns out to be an ideal topic for undergraduate cell biology experiment.关键词
