Expression and clinical significance of Caveolin-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma
目的 探讨Caveolin-1蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化法和免疫印迹法检测65例食管鳞癌患者的癌组织及对应癌旁正常食管黏膜中Caveolin-1的表达情况.结果 食管鳞癌组织中Caveolin-1蛋白的表达水平高于对应癌旁正常食管黏膜,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),食管鳞癌组织中Caveolin-1蛋白的表达水平与其分化程度相关(P＜0.05),与淋巴结转移、TNM分期等无关.结论 Caveolin-1蛋白在食管鳞…查看全部>>
