不典型小乳腺癌超声造影征象分析
Analysis of ultrasonographic appearances of atypical small breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
To investigate contrast-enhanced ultrasonograpy ( CEUS) appearances of atypical small breast cancer (φ ≤2. 0 cm) and its clinical significance Compared with pathological results, the accuracy of CEUS was 94. 8% (74/78) With CEUS, 83.3% (65/78) of the lesions were showed penetrating or tortuous surrounding vessels , 80. 7% (63/78) of the lesions were showed irregular shapes , 78. 2% (61/78) of the lesions were showed heterogeneous distribution , 75. 6% (59/78 ) of the lesions were showed perfusion defect and enlarged size post - contrast ( P < 0. 05 ) CEUS characteristic of atypical small breast cancer was a new method for breast cancer early diagnosed .关键词
