摘要
Abstract
The ultrasonic features of 35 cases with nutcracker phenomenon ( NCP) were analyzed Left renal vein stricture and dilatation of prestricture were presented in all 35 cases. The ratio of the antero - posterior diameter of the dilatation portion (b) to that of the strictured portion (a) recumbent position was more than 2 times, after posteriorly extending the spinal cord b/a was more than 4 times, the maximum of b/a was 9 times Blood flow of the proximal left renal vein was increased , PW showed high speed turbulent flow spectrum Color Doppler ultrasound is the best method for clinical diagnosis of NCP.关键词
