摘要
Abstract
To compare the therapeutic effect of gallbladder combined with bile duct stones between laparoscopic bile duct exploration and traditional surgery The results showed that the costs between the laparoscopic group and laparotomy group of hospitalization was no significant differences ( P > 0. 05 ). That the size of the incision ,the postoperative ventilation time, incidence of postoperative complications , postoperative hospital stay , total hospitali- zation time were significantly lower than those in laparotomy group(P<0. 05) These show that laparoscopic common bile duct stone is a safe and reliable technique , surgical trauma is minor and the therapy efficacy is exact .pital关键词
