胃癌组织中GRP78的表达与临床病理特征的相关性分析
Expression of GRP78 in gastric cancer and its correlation with the clinical pathological characteristics

Abstract
Objective To discuss the expressions of GRP78 in gastric cancer and the correlation with clinicopatho-logical factors of gastric cancer. Methods Tissue microarrays of gastric cancer tissue ( n = 76 ) and gastric normal tissue ( n = 20 ) were prepared and the expression of GRP78 was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Im-munohistochemistry showed that the index of GRP78 protein expression in the gastric cancer tissues ( 5. 80 ± 3. 45 ) was higher than that in the gastric normal tissue ( 3. 20 ± 1. 70 ), the difference was statistical significance ( P = 0. 002 ). In gastric cancer tissues, the expression of GRP78 protein was significantly associated with differentiation degree( P =0. 001 ), but not associated with sex, age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis and the tumor infiltration depth. Conclusion The GRP78 protein expression in the gastric cancer tissues increases, and may be closely correlated with gastric cancer differentiation degree.关键词
