摘要
Abstract
To explore the expression and significance of plasma P-selectin( PS ) and endothelin-1 ( ET-1 ) in patients with peripheral arterial disease ( PAD ) after percutaneous transluminal angioplasty( PTA ) and endovascular stent. The levels of PS and ET-1 before PTA and endovascular stent and 1 h,6 h,24 h,2 weeks after stenting were measured in all twenty patients with PAD. The levels of PS and ET-1 increased obviously at 1 h,6 h,24 h,2 weeks after PTA and endovascular stent. The levels of PS and ET-1 were activated to some extent after PTA and endovascular stent. Monitoring these biological indexes after PTA and endovascular stent may be of great value of clinical therapy and judgment of prognosis.关键词
