白内障超声乳化术后黄斑区光学相干断层扫描观察

Abstract
The preoperative mean fovea thickness was (143. 9 ±16. 8) ΜM and the normal control group was ( 144. 5 ± 15. 3 )μm. The mean fovea thickness was ( 156. 8 ±35. 6 )μm at 1 week after operation, and ( 150. 5 ± 34. 1 )μm at 1 month after operation. 13 eyes with Tyndall sign ( + + ), the mean postoperative fovea thickness was ( 142. 8 ± 10. 5 )μm,l week later, thickness was ( 196. 4 ±35. 7 )μm. In lower phaco power group, the mean fovea thickness at 1 week after operation was ( 155. 5 ± 19. 2 )μm and it was ( 153. 6 ± 18. 8 )μm at 1 month after operation. In the higher phaco power group, the mean fovea thickness at 1 week after operation was ( 171. 6 ± 31.5 )μm and it was ( 169. 8 ± 30. 5 )μm at 1 month after operation. The retinal thickening and macular edema can be found after uncomplicated phacoemulsification. The higher phaco power results in significant inflammation and thicker retina. The visual consequences are proportional to the degrees of macular thickening.关键词
