Abstract
Sixty children undergoing the upper extremity surgery were randomly divided into two groups: group I ( interscalene brachial plexus block guided by nerve stimulator conbined with intravenous anesthesia group ) and group II( total intravenous anesthesia under tracheal intubation group ). MAP and HR were recorded at the time of T1( basic level ), T2( skin incision ) and T3( 30 min after operation ). The dosage of propofol and fentanyl, the time and the quality of awake were recorded. The study shows that interscalene brachial plexus block guided by nerve stimulator conbined with intravenous anesthesia can be used in children safely and effectively undergoing the upper extremity surgery, and can improve the quality of anesthesia and awake.关键词
