消肿方治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Xiaozhong Recipe , a traditional Chinese prescription for relieving swelling , in treating osteoarthritis of knee . Methods A total of 220 patients with osteoarthritis of knee were randomized into a treatment group and a control group , 120 patients in the treatment group were treated with orally taking Xiaozhong Recipe , while 100 patients in the control group were treated with orally taking glucosamine sulfate . The therapeutic effects were evaluated 4 weeks after treatment .Results The cure and marked effectiveness rate was 88 .3% in the treatment group ,being significantly higher than 68 .0% in the control group ( P＜0 .05). Conclusion Xiaozhong Recipe ,as a traditional Chinese medicine ,has good effects in treating osteoarthritis of knee .关键词
