Literary Piracy of Third-party Plug-ins
摘要
Abstract
To determine whether the host software copyright is infringed by third-party plug-ins,we need to consider the legal relationships of end users,third-party and software copyright hosts.We also need to consider how third-party plug-ins influence the function of the host software.Unauthorized third-party plug-ins＇ function to modify the software host is technically modification and interception.The former may infringe the copyright owner＇s right of amending,and the latter may infringe the rights of work integrity protection and information network transmission.Developers should consider whether the development of plug-ins will affect the nature and function of the host software to avoid infringement of their plug-in works.关键词
